Cleaning House
When knowing how to multiply is not so good.
You know those people that say, "Ignore the state of your house, play with your children. They're only young once." (You may even be one.) I thought maybe I would calculate the number of days that would encompass. That is 6,570 days times 6 kids for a grand total of 39,420 days! I'm not sure my sanity can stand the mess that long.
Today over at My life through pink, Kim is doing a special post on SIDS in dedication to Baby Paul.

Please support her and read her blog today to help spread awareness on SIDS.
Her post is very moving, heartbreaking and informative.

That is a lot of days without cleaning! :) Thanks for following me on blogfrog! I'm following you back!
How fitting on a Monday. Mondays are my cleaning day. An hour or so of a scrub down for the house gives me the whole rest of the week to play with the kids. And my kids don't even want me playing with them THAT much.
Oh cleaning.... yuck! But necessary non the less!
Thank you for sharing your friends post about SIDS. It was touching and emotional, but also important to share.
I am a self confessed neatness and tidyness freak. I have had to lower my standards since becoming a Mom - either that or lose my sanity forever trying to make the perfect home. But no, I could not stop and just play all day!
I can't imagine how much work it is with five boys and a baby!
@Kendra
No kidding girl, I went to your blog and am now following.
@Kelly
Too funny, My kids always want me to play with them at bedtime!!
@Lara
True, necessary but not so fun. The post on Sids is soo sad.
@Aging Mommy
I am also a self-confessed neat person without the ability to clean. With six it is almost impossible to keep up.
Oh my Word...Look at those eyes!! Beautiful!!
